Adolf Hitler (1889-1945), Führer and Reich Chancellor of Nazi Germany, 1933-1945.  World War II-dated typed document signed, Adolf Hitler, one page, Führer Headquarters, April 19, 1942. Countersigned, Keitel, by Field Marshal Wilhelm Bodewin Johann Gustav Keitel (1882-1946), commander-in-chief of the armed forces, 1938-1945, who was executed for war crimes at Nuremburg.  In German.

Hitler "awards a lieutenant general in the reserves the "right to wear the Nazi active duty uniform.  He does so "In the Name of the German People!" ("Im Namen des Deutschen Volkes!").

This document bears beautiful signatures by both Hitler and Keitel and a magnificent crisp, blind-embossed Nazi seal.  There is a red pencil notation at the top and an ink initial in the lower right corner, and it shows a bit of handling, but overall it is in fine condition.

We reject Nazism and all that it represented.  We nevertheless offer this document because Nazism, although despised, played a large role in the history of the 20th Century.

Unframed.
