Blackmun, one page, 8½" x 11", on blind embossed, engraved stationery of the Supreme Court of the United States, Washington, D.C., June 11, 1990. It has normal mailing folds and staple holes in the upper left corner, affecting nothing. Blackmun has signed with a strong black signature. Unframed. _____________
